About Us

 

Hi! We are the El Segundo High School boys varsity tennis team. We love tennis and give it our all every time we step on the court.

​

This year has been huge for us. After winning back-to-back league championships in 2023 and 2024, we proved we are not just a one-time success. Because of that, we got promoted to the Bay League, one of the most competitive leagues around. We also finished runners-up at the prestigious USTA Southern California Pete Brown First Serve Tournament, a tournament that means a lot to us.

Our road here was not easy. In 2023, even though we lost our home courts and did not have much money for new balls or equipment, we made history for our school by winning our league championship for the first time in our school's history and placing second at the Pete Brown Tournament. In 2024, we did it again by winning league for the second year in a row, showing everyone that 2023 was just the beginning.

We are proud of what we have done, but we are not done yet. We still need your support to help us buy tennis balls, uniforms, equipment, and to pay for training that will help us keep getting better.
